Overseas Chinese youth campers from Austria's Aohua Chinese School gathered in a live classroom to showcase traditional Chinese skills through online live streaming.

Dongcun bamboo weaving 

The Overseas Chinese Federation of Xinyu City has invited the fifth generation descendant of Dongcun Bamboo Weaving, a municipal intangible cultural heritage project. Li Niangen, who has "broken through the circle" and become an "internet celebrity" with millions of fans, is live streaming bamboo weaving courses. In the live classroom, campers followed the camera into the "China Bamboo Weaving World" exhibition, where they saw various traditional bamboo weaving crafts that pray for good luck and blessings, appreciated the bamboo weaving works that have stood the test of time, and felt their profound historical and cultural heritage and thriving humanistic style. In class, the teacher introduced the history of bamboo weaving craftsmanship to the campers, as well as the origin, characteristics, and several key elements of bamboo weaving, patiently and meticulously demonstrating the basic techniques of bamboo weaving. During the course, the campers constantly expressed their admiration and actively communicated and interacted with the teacher. The whole process was educational and enjoyable, and the teaching atmosphere was good. The campers stated that bamboo weaving belongs to the art of weaving and is a folk art that deserves to be rooted in the hearts of all Chinese people.

The Exploitation of the Works of Nature 

      The Xinyu Overseas Chinese Federation arranged a TV program lecture course on "Tiangong Kaiwu". Tian Gong Kai Wu "is the first comprehensive work in China and the world that combines agricultural and handicraft production. The program tells the story in the form of drama about Song Yingxing, who, in the adversity of failing six scientific exams, relied on the support and encouragement of his brothers and friends to record the production methods and agricultural technologies he learned from years of visiting the north and south of the country, and finally wrote "The Creation of Nature". In addition, the program uses a time traveling approach to "shake hands" between ancient scientist Song Yingxing and contemporary scientist Yuan Longping. Through a seed spanning 300 years, it conveys the unremitting efforts and pursuits of the Chinese nation for the well-being of the people for thousands of years. During the viewing process, the campers sincerely admired Song Yingxing's diligent craftsmanship spirit, which enabled them to summarize China's technological achievements and inventions in various fields over thousands of years in the book with vivid illustrations and text.
